Request a Transcript

Chesterfield County Public Schools partners with Parchment for high school transcript requests and education verifications. Parchment provides secure electronic transcript delivery nationwide and up-to-date document tracking through email notifications for registered users. 

Requests for other records such as immunization records, IEP documents and test scores are fulfilled through Chesterfield County Public Schools.

Under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, student records are only available to authorized individuals. 

  • For students under 18, the student, parent or guardian may request records.

For students 18 and older, school records will not be released to a parent or guardian without the student’s written consent.

Ordering a High School Transcript or Education Verification

Students currently in high school

Ask your high school counselor for a Parchment registration code to set up an account and make the request.

High school alumni

  • Set up a Parchment account using the appropriate high school link below. No registration code is required.

  • Place an order for your high school transcript to be delivered to your destinations.

  • If your destination does not accept electronic transcripts, you may request a copy by mail.

  • Parchment charges a fee for this service.

  • Contact Parchment for questions about registration, the ordering process or issues with their website.

  • Questions about a transcript or a transcript hold should be made to the high school counseling office.

Alumni (elementary or middle school withdrawals): Complete the elementary and middle school transcript request form and return to the email or mailing address on the form.

Ordering additional documents: Complete the additional record request form for immunizations, test scores or IEP documents and return to the email or mailing address on the form.

Diploma replacements: Graduates who want a replacement diploma because of loss, damage or legal name change should contact a diploma vendor. Vendor requirements and fees vary and are the responsibility of the graduate.
